Delivery

We ship most in-stock items within 48 business hours, once payment has been cleared. You should receive your order 5 to 7 business days from shipment date.

Returns

Every item is inspected prior to packaging & posting out. No damaged items will be packed for posting.
In the unlikely event of an item being delivered damaged, please telephone Perfect Scents (02380 222345) immediately.
Any returns for items no longer required have to be returned in original packaging and in good saleable quality within 14 days at your own cost .
Once received a full refund will be given minus our original post & packaging charge.

Terms and Conditions

• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your own system, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the product with precisely that same colour as your monitor showed. All products have been fairly described and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are provided by the manufacturer and are approximate only. Packaging may vary from that shown.
• All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.
• All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down.
• The prices we charge will be that quoted on the site at the time you place the order. However, you may find a different price should you look on the site at a different time. Some of our processes are manual, so despite our best efforts and constant monitoring errors will inevitably occur from time to time. On discovering that errors exist, we act immediately to rectify them and to minimise inconvenience and any disappointment that might be caused.
• As well as selling over the Internet, we sell our product through our Retail outlet. Normally, prices on the Internet are the same as the prices we offer in this outlet.
